Membership & Equity Inquiries

If you have questions regarding your equity, you have moved outside of the Legacy Co-op Trading Area, need to transfer, or close a membership, or you have reached age 70 and want to withdraw your equity, forms for Withdrawal of Equity, and Transfer of Membership can be completed and printed from the attachments below.

Please use the fillable forms below to withdraw or get a paydown for the equity in a membership at Legacy Co-op.

The following documentation is needed:
• Move Away— Proof of new address (ex: bill payment, drivers license)
• Age Paydown— Proof of age (ex: drivers license)
• Last Name Update— marriage license or divorce certificate
• Business Closure— ISC document of dissolution
• Transfer Equity— death certificate and last will or instruction letter from lawyer
