Lumber Sales Lead: Responsible for the supervision of ensuring merchandise and the yard is stocked, displayed, organized, and reconciled to standard. Develop and deliver user-friendly specialized training content in the areas of Lumber, Paint, Hardware, and Project estimation. Collaborate with the Hardware Supervisor, Sales Leads and management. Demonstrate Leadership throughout the Agro Centre through supervision, training staff, and coaching. Business to Business (B2B) sales, call outs, and project estimations. Maintain customer relations by providing excellent customer service. Assist with budgets, pricing, discounts and margins. Staying knowledgeable of Lumber and a variety of product information.

Feed Sales Lead: Provide leadership through supervision, coaching, and ensuring staff compliance with loss prevention and asset protection policies. Lead the full B2B sales cycle, including customer outreach, stock and delivery coordination, documentation, and issue resolution. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and sales reps to support sales growth and profitability. Develop specialized product content (Feed, Ag Equipment, Animal Health, farm fencing) and deliver training to Agro staff. Support talent acquisition and onboarding in collaboration with the Agro Manager, Hardware Supervisor, and Sales Leads. Assist with budgeting, pricing, discounts, and margin management. Maintain strong product knowledge across all Agro categories. Collaborate with the Hardware Supervisor, Sales Leads and management.
