THIS WEEKS RECIPE: TACOS!

Ingredients:

• Fresh Ground Beef*
• Co-op Taco Seasoning*
• JB’s Taco Seasoning*
• Co-op Sour Cream*
• Co-op Three Cheese Shreds*
• Co-op Mild Salsa*
• Tomato on the Vine*
• Legacy Co-ops Neighbourhood Fresh Lettuce*
• Yellow Onion*
• Mini Sweet Peppers
• Romaine Hearts
• Avocado
• Dempster 7" Tortilla*

Items with a * are a product, made or grown in Canada.

Recipe:

• Place ground beef in a frying pan and cook to a temperature of 160 degrees Celsius.
• Add desired amount of taco seasoning to taste. (Jamie recommends JB’s because it it amazing!)
• Dice peppers, onions and tomatoes.
• Chop lettuce into shreds.
• Set one Tortilla on a plate, add a spoonful of ground beef, cheese and vegetables.
• Add Sour Cream and Salsa.
• Serve and Enjoy!
