Fuel Good Day 2025
Legacy Co-op is proud to announce $13,558.53 in donations to local community organizations, thanks to our community support from Fuel Good Day 2025!
On September 16, at Legacy Co-op Yorkton Palliser Way, Yorkton West Broadway, Kamsack, Churchbridge and Theodore community members filled up their tanks, knowing 10 cents from every litre of fuel sold would go to support local causes.
This year’s Fuel Good Day donations were dedicated to enhancing organizations within the Parkland area, including The Wildlife Rescue Society of Saskatchewan, Churchbridge Aquatic Centre, Creative Kids Canada and Theodore ABC Daycare.
In coordination with Fuel Good Day, each community recipient held a BBQ at Legacy Co-op Fuel Good Day locations.
Every BBQ was a success, with excellent weather conditions making the day perfect for Fueling Good!
Donation Highlights:
• The Wildlife Rescue Society of Saskatchewan: The charitable organization provides emergency support to injured and orphaned wildlife across Saskatchewan. The funds raised will go towards supporting their provincial Wild Line and to help them build a new program for educating children called the Wild Child.
• Churchbridge Aquatic Centre: The organization runs the Churchbridge Public Pool, offering a space for the members of the community of all ages to swim. The funds will go towards fundraising for a new pool liner for their pool.
