Legacy Co-op is Ready to Shatter Fuel Good Day Sales with Your Help!

When you fill up your tank on September 15th at Yorkton Palliser Way, Yorkton West Broadway, Kamsack, Churchbridge and Theodore locations Legacy Co-op donates 10 cents per litre of fuel sold to local community groups.

We’re excited to pair with four great community organizations that provide child and youth programs, support families, provide facilities, and help wildlife in the area.

This year’s Fuel Good Day Partners are:

• Yorkton – Parkland Victim Services: Parkland Victim Services provides compassionate, trauma-informed support to individuals and families affected by crime, violence, abuse, and sudden loss and crisis situations. The funds from Fuel Good Day will continue Parkland Victim Services important support to our local community.
• Churchbridge – Churchbridge Curling Club: Churchbridge Curling Club provides sports and recreation for all ages in the Churchbridge area. The funds from Fuel Good Day will go towards a new roof for the compressor room at the rink.
• Theodore – Theodore Heritage Centre: Theodore Heritage Centre is a 124 year old CPR station that runs as a cafe and museum preserving artifacts of local, provincial and national interests. The fund from Fuel Good Day will go towards renovations and artifact restoration at the museum.
• Kamsack – Paws & Claws Animal Rescue: Paws & Claws Animal Rescue helps rescue, provide medical care, rehabilitate and re-home abused, abandoned, and homeless animals. The funds from Fuel Good Day will go towards continuing their efforts.

September 15th is a way to give back to organizations that support our communities, you can support by donating and getting sweet treats and barbeques by the community recipients with proceeds supporting the Fuel Good Day Partners. You can support our wonderful 2026 organizations who contribute so much to our communities by Fueling Good, 10 cents for every litre of Fuel sold at our locations will be donated to the organizations!

Make a contribution between September 1 – 15 at Legacy Co-op C-Stores in Yorkton and Kamsack with Pump It Ups! Pump it Ups are available for purchase for $2, $5, $10 or any amount with all proceeds donated to Parkland Victim Services in Yorkton and Paws & Claws in Kamsack.

Fueling good in your community since 2017

Since its inception in 2017, Fuel Good Day has raised about $5.6 million for hundreds of charities across Western Canada, including more than $795,000 in 2025, a record-setting total.

In previous years, funds raised on Fuel Good Day have supported community organizations that provide comfort for children and their families during very difficult times, foundations that work to upgrade medical equipment to improve their patients’ lives and groups that make it easier for kids to play the sports they love.
