Fuel Good Day Pump's Up the Community
Legacy Co-op is proud to announce over $12,418 in donations to local community groups, thanks to our community support from Fuel Good Day 2024!
On September 17, at Legacy Co-op Yorkton Palliser Way, Yorkton West Broadway, Kamsack, Churchbridge and Theodore community members filled up their tanks, knowing 10 cents from every litre of fuel sold would go to support local causes.
This year’s Fuel Good Day donations were dedicated to enhancing organizations within the Parkland area, including Accent on Kids Early Learning & Childcare Centre Inc., Society for the Involvement of Good Neighbours (SIGN) in Kamsack, Churchbridge Minor Ball, and the Theodore Volunteer Firefighter Department.
In coordination with Fuel Good Day, each community recipient held a BBQ at Legacy Co-op Fuel Good Day locations. Every BBQ was a success, with excellent weather conditions making the day perfect for Fueling Good!
